The Inland Empire LGBTQ+ Center was founded in 2023 by Sabrina Cervantes, Gabriel Maldonado, and Jesse Melgar—three Inland Empire natives committed to advancing equity, visibility, and social justice for LGBTQ+ communities.
Located in downtown Riverside on TruEvolution’s Project Legacy campus, the Inland Empire LGBTQ+ Center serves as a hub for connection, advocacy, and resource access. The Inland Empire LGBTQ+ Center provides a safe, inclusive space that supports queer individuals while strengthening the overall health and well-being of the broader community.
Through programs, partnerships, and outreach, the Inland Empire LGBTQ+ Center acts as a critical access point for residents across Riverside and San Bernardino counties—building community power, increasing visibility, and expanding pathways to care and support.
