Consultation/Individual Counseling

All TruEvolution clients in crisis receive a free Behavioral Medicine (BMed) consultation, a 20-minute intervention to assess emotional stability and mental health concerns expressed during a crisis (e.g. newly-diagnosed with HIV, recently displaced, traumatic or violent traumatic social episode). Eligible clients are enrolled into ongoing clinically-supervised counseling designed to achieve specific mental and emotional wellness goals outlined by client and clinician

Substance Use Assessment and Referral

A case manager can connect people with concerns about drug, alcohol, sex, and/or internet use to resources needed. Whether people are seeking to reduce their use or completely stop, our case managers offer a range of referrals to fit people’s needs and goals, including detox and treatment programs, and ongoing outpatient therapy.

Support Groups

We offer a range of groups providing support and counseling in San Bernardino and Riverside available in both English and Spanish. Our support groups are open to anyone wishing to enroll as a TruEvolution group member. Support groups are free and open to the public, regardless of their insurance coverage.
