Communities in the Inland Empire face disproportionate rates of HIV, STIs, chronic conditions, and preventable health disparities—often compounded by stigma, limited access to culturally responsive education, and under-resourced public health infrastructure.
Our Approach
Our Public Health Programs center prevention, early intervention, and community-based education. We provide HIV and STI prevention services, health education, testing, linkage to care, outreach initiatives, and culturally responsive engagement strategies designed to reduce disparities and improve long-term outcomes.
We meet people where they are—physically, culturally, and socially—while connecting prevention efforts to housing, clinical care, and behavioral health services within our integrated model.
